This session would be a continuation of the session above, building on the current state of dealer requirements for servicing EVs. Now that the group has an understanding of what requirements are in place today, this session will focus on measuring and ensuring compliance with current and future standards, and cover:   

• How do OEMs measure compliance with current standards? Audits, questionnaires, value system?  

• How do OEMs encourage dealers to be compliant? Are there financial incentives? Access to products or services?
