We will kick off our first Electric Vehicle Aftersales Benchmark (EVAB) with a keynote presentation, containing the elements listed below

1. An overview of the growth of electric vehicles and how prior projections have fared in reality
2. A data-driven presentation of the impact of electric vehicles on the aftersales business, specifically. We'll look at how electric vehicle customers differ in demographics and behavior from "traditional" customers and discuss the effect this has on the business.
3. An example of the challenges that existing OEM aftersales groups may have when confronting the tactical realities of electric vehicle support, and recommendations on how to cope with similar challenges.
