Going beyond the data we already collect on EV technician training; this session will cover the details. Training program contents, frequency, type, instructor qualifications, and feedback from technicians. We’ll also cover how to ensure the technician training remains up to date in a rapidly changing environment. Some specific questions include:

• How are quality teams/technicians identifying or handling issues that aren’t replicable at the dealer, such as problems with home charging or fast charging equipment, or problems that only arise in a particular physical location?
• How do dealers make decisions about which batteries are safe to handle and how to return them to the OEMs?
