At our inaugural EVAB Conference in 2023, we conducted two sessions dedicated to detailing what OEMs were requiring of their dealers in order to sell and service EVs, as well as how OEMs were tracking adherence to these standards. In the rapidly-evolving world of EVs, a lot has changed since 2023. For this session, we’ll benchmark OEM requirements and standards their dealers must meet, both from a physical standpoint (chargers, equipment, additional bays, etc.), as well as a people standpoint (training, certifications, etc.).
