Most OEMs have certified collision centers today, enabling a network of trusted repairers for their customers to go to after an accident. This model works particularly well for ICE vehicles, which the certified centers are experts on working with and repairing. As the EV population grows, it’s critical that this network is prepared to work on EVs as well, understanding the new and rapidly-changing technology, receiving proper training and certification, and more. This session will focus on how OEMs are providing this support, both today and plans for the future.
