We saw a huge drop in consumer demand for EV vehicles, brought on cuts in tax incentives, and stalling in new charging infrastructure. However, gas prices continue to climb, and Americans look for alternative solutions, as electric and hybrid vehicles are poised to make a comeback. Additionally, OEMs still have EV customers they need to support. How do OEMs continue to offer high quality service to those customers, while not losing sight of the future where EVs will become a bigger part of the business again? How do we not lose all the progress and momentum from the last few years, so that we don’t have to start from the ground up all over again? This session will look back on the last two years to understand what OEMs have done, and dive into how OEMs are forecasting and planning for future demand – both in the short and long term.
