As our industry rapidly evolves to become more electric, Ducker Carlisle found that we lacked a dedicated outlet for OEMs to discuss their long-term EV strategies, especially when it comes to parts and service. In 2023, we launched the Electric Vehicle Aftersales Benchmark (EVAB), designed to be a holistic forum for Automotive OEMs to openly discuss and learn about EV aftersales strategies. In 2024, we expanded our scope to include Heavy Equipment OEMs who are also on the path to electrification. This benchmark conference tackles the full spectrum of challenges and obstacles that EVs require so that OEMs can implement best practices and leading insight into their strategic efforts.

The EVAB 2024 Conference will be held August 28-29th in Detroit, MI. We hope to see you there!

The conference is all about the open conversation among peers.  EVAB is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning about these topics and/or can represent their OEM in sharing these topics. All attendees will be sitting in  a U-shape to facilitate conversation. It is important to ensure that you are comfortable speaking on the topics and come prepared to share and learn for other participants.
