Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Cancellations of conference attendance must be received no later than July 17, 2026. After this date, any cancellations or no shows will incur a fee equal to the attendee fee. It will be up to each individual to cancel their hotel reservation with the hotel directly. Send all change requests to insights@duckercarlisle.com. 

Registrations cannot be transferred to other Ducker Carlisle events or years.

EventHub  

EventHub is your personal portal for EVAB 2026! Once registered, you’ll gain access to EventHub to use before, during, and after the conference for all materials and information. The week before the conference, attendees can use EventHub to access all presentation and session materials. 

Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement

All NASB materials are covered by our Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement for Proprietary Information (NDA). While each participating organization has a signed agreement with Ducker Carlisle, all individual attendees must also sign the NDA Individual Acknowledgement prior to the conference.
